1.Heart of the Cards Yugi Moto and his classmates Joey and Téa are getting hooked on the new game called Duel Monsters. Yugi and all his friends go to his Grandpa's Card Shop to look at his rare card.
Seto Kaiba,the wealthy owner of KaibaCorp, finds out that Yugi's Grandpa has a rare and valuable card so he decides to go and buy it from him. But Grandpa refuses to sell him his rare Blue Eyes White Dragon because it had sentimental value. There is only 4 Blue Eyes White Dragon cards. Kaiba owns 3 and Grandpa owns 1. So Kaiba duels Grandpa and wins the Blue Eyes White Dragon Card from him. He then rips up Grandpa's card. Making him the only duelist to have the Blue Eyes White Dragon cards. Then Yugi decides to battle Seto Kaiba for his grandpa. Grandpa gives Yugi his deck. Yugi gets all five cards of Exodia and defeats Kaiba.
2.The Gauntlet is Thrown Yugi and friends watch Weevil and Rex Raptor compete in the Duel Monsters Regional Championship. Grandpa decides to train Joey so he can become better at the Duel Monsters game.
When Yugi opens a package from Duel
Monsters creator, Maximillion Pegasus, Yugi is forced to face him in the mysterious Shadow Realm, where all the monsters and magic are real. Pegasus sets a 15 minute time limit. Pegasus gives Yugi all the details of the Duel Monsters game to take up time. Yugi would have almost defeated Pegasus if he had a seconde more. Becasue the time was up and Pegasus had more life point he won. Because Yugi lost, Pegasus claims Grandpa's soul as his prize!
Yugi must travel to the Duelist Kingdom and win Pegasus' tournament if he ever wants to see his grandpa again! Just to let you know Weevil won the Regional Championship.
3.Journey to the Duelists Kingdom Yugi gives up one of his own star chips so that Joey can board the boat bound for Duelist Kingdom and duel to save his sister Serenity's eyesight. Téa and Tristan join their friends their friends on their journey.
The world champion, Weevil, heard that Yugi defeated Kaiba so he will try anything to stop him. So Weevil throws over Yugi's five Exodia cards. Now Yugi
is on the run to stop Weevil.
4.The Ultimate Great Moth Once Yugi and his friends reach Duelist Kingdom, Pegasus reveals that there are many strange secrets on the island which will make his ultimate tournament unlike any they’ve ever had. Weevil seems to be the only one who knows all the new secrets and rules in the Duelist Kingdom. Weevil tricks Yugi into dueling on a Forest/Wasteland Field. So Weevil's bug monsters got a field bonus. But little did Weevil know that Yugi's Graveyard Mammoth got a field bonus as well. The two battle and of course Yugi wins.
5.First Duel Joey is on search of a duelist he might be able to beat. He finds Mai and decides to duel her.
6.Attack from the Deep The fisherman duelist Mako, the master of the Sea Deck, stumbles upon Yugi and his friends. He is kind to Yugi and his friends. He offers them fish for lunch. But he turns on them and demands Yugi to a duel. Mako gets a field bonus because he is near the water. But in the end Yugi defeats Mako.
7.Everything's Relative If Yugi is eliminated from the tournament, Kaiba Corporation’s crooked Board of Directors will transfer control of the company from Kaiba to Pegasus! Kaiba’s younger brother Mokuba challenges Yugi to a duel not only to protect his brother’s company, but to regain their honor!
8.Duel with a GhoulYugi must duel a magical doppelganger of Kaiba, created from the greed and powerlust Yugi wiped from Kaiba’s soul. But with his best cards resting at the bottom of the ocean, Yugi must discover a new strategy to defeat the fake Kaiba’s powerful Blue Eyes White Dragon.
9.Give the Ghost Yugi defeats the Blue Eyes White Dragon, but there are two more waiting in the wings! Kaiba reaches them in time and stops the whole situation. He gets his cards back as well.
10.The Dueling Monkey Joey decides to battle Rex Raptor without his friends’ help to prove that he is man enough to take care of Serenity on his own.
11.Trial by Red Eyes Joey duels valiantly, but Rex Raptor has unleashed his secret weapon: the Red Eyes Black Dragon! Joey only hope was his gift from Yugi the Time Wizard Monster. Joey uses it and wins! Joey wins Rex Raptor's Red Eyes Black Dragon card.
12.Evil Spirit of the Ring Yugi’s classmate Bakura, possessed by his Millennium Ring’s dark powers, traps Yugi and friends in a Shadow Game where they become their favorite cards themselves! Yugi defeats the possessed Bakura with the help of his alter ego Yu-gi-oh. Téa's card helps everyone out and defeats Bakura. After the duel Bakura turns back to normal and decides to travel with Yugi and his friends.
13.Panic Attack Pegasus’s hired duelist Panik cheats Mai of all her star chips, and Yugi vows to defeat him and win them back.
14.Scars of Defeat Kaiba descends to the kingdom to face Pegasus! Has Kaiba changed since his battle with Yugi, or is he still the same merciless duelist? A battle between Kaiba's Blue Eyes White Dragon and Joey's Red Eyes Black Dragon holds the answers!
15.Arena of Lost Souls (Part 1) The #1 American duelist Bandit Keith’s gang kidnaps Joey to a secret cave with a Graveyard playing field. As Yugi and friends search for him, Joey faces Bandit Keith's zombie monsters which become stronger as they return from the grave! Joey is all alone in the battle this time.
16.Arena of Lost Souls (Part 2) Joey’s last ditch effort, his lucky Time Wizard card, fails against Bandit Keith’s zombie monsters. But as his lucky streak comes to an end, will his improving skills as a duelist and his love for his sister inspire him to victory?
17.Double Trouble Duel (Part 1) Trapped in the labyrinth cave, Yugi and friends find an alternate exit, but the door is guarded by Pegasus’s Paradox Brothers. Yugi and Joey will no longer be battling solo; they band together in a team battle against the Paradoz Brothers! The battle for all the star chips and entrance to Pegasus’s castle is on the line.
18.Double Trouble Duel (Part 2) Yugi and Joey pool their strengths and manage to fend off their opponents’ monsters, but things are about to change as the Paradox Brothers summon the almighty Gate Guardian, a monster that reflects all attacks! Is Joey helping Yugi in this duel, or his lack of experience sealing their fate for defeat?

21.Face Off (Part 2) Kaiba summons the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, the strongest monster in the game fused from three Blue Eyes White Dragons! Yugi has lost all his powerful Duel Monsters, but a true duelist never gives up!
22.Face Off (Part 3) Yu-gi-oh is getting ready to win the duel but Kaiba jumps on the edge of the cliff. He says when Yugi's Celtic Guardian attacks is Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon the blast will make him fall off the cliff. Yu-gi-oh wants to attack the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon but Yugi isnt so sure. Téa is the only one who could stop Yu-gi-oh and let Yugi take control. Yugi doesnt attack Seto Kaiba's monster in fear he might fall off the cliff. So Seto wins the duel by cheating. Yugi vows never to play the duel monsters game again.
23.Shining Friendship Joey first offers Yugi five star chips but he refuses. So Mai comes along and she has an extra five star chips and she wants to Yugi to have them to repay him. But Yugi doesnt say anything. So Mai gets mad and says well you cannot have them unless you duel me. Yugi will not battle again so Téa decides to duel against Mai. Téa gets a beating in the beginning but comes up with a combination of a Magic card and a Duel Monster and defeats Mai's Harpy monster. Mai said she had no more cards that could beat Téa's card so she quit. Mai allowed Téa to win because she was so determined and cared sincerely for Yugi. So Yugi got his five missing star chips and enter the castle.
24.Champion vs. Creator, Part 1. Yugi and friends enter the castle to discover Kaiba ready to duel Pegasus with Mokuba’s soul hanging in the balance! The power of the Millennium Eye gives Pegasus the ability to read other people’s minds. Can Kaiba defeat an opponent who knows his moves even before he does?
